How long does it take my scoops to ship?

Once your order is received, it ships out within 3-5 business days. Tracking information will be listed on your order as soon as it is available. All packages are shipped with USPS. 

Are orders packed immediately? 

Orders as packed as quicky as possible after they are received and usually ship within 3-5 business days. 

Do you honor returns, exchanges, or cancellations? 

Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Once the order is placed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.  Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. All sales are final. Because of the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on "disliking" the items received or changing your mind. Please review the possible items you may receive on the What's in your Scoop? section of the website. If there are any problems with the contents of your order, please contact the shop by email. All emails are answered within 48 hours. 

Can I choose the items in my scoop? 

Due to the type of products we sell, you cannot choose what goes into the scoop box. However, you CAN leave a note with your order to let us know about likes/dislikes, or preferences. We will do our best to accommodate those. We encourage our shoppers and customers to look at the What's in your Scoop? section of our website to see the possible items that may be included before you make your selections. 

Will my scoops be filmed? 

There is an option to purchase video packaging. Jennifer and Aubrie will do your video together and would love to tag you on social media for you to be able to watch your video. Please remember to put your social media name in the notes so we know who to tag. ALL videos that are purchased and created are posted to both Facebook and TikTok.
